Q1. Can I have a free sample ?
A: Yes , welcome to test our sample.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 2-4 days, mass production time needs 10-25 work days for order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A:No limit in first ordr , sample order or less quantity order is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample order . It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. And mass quantity order will be shipped by air or by sea .
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements .
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly make payment and confirm the order detail.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. It is ok .
Q7. What is the guarantee for the products?
A: 1-5 years .
Q8. What’s your payment terms?
A:1. Samples: Bank TT, 100% payment in advance;
2. Bulk order: Bank TT, 30% deposit and balance 70% settled before shipment.
Q9. What’s ur After-Sale Service?
A:1. Quick reply on customers' questions; 2. If anything goes wrong with the products'quality, we will replace for you free and undertake the shipping cost.

Q10: How to deal with the faulty of products?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.3%.
Secondly,We offer 0. 3-0.5% extra parts or products in ur order .
Thirdly, during the guarantee period , we will send new one .
